Meet Our Team

Dwight Thomas, President/CEO

Dwight R. Thomas served our country as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army for 18 years. His experiences include mobilizations and deployments for the Persian Gulf, Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). He medically retired in 2005 from Fort McPherson.

Internally, Dwight is recognized as a leader whose practical business experience and open-minded management style creates the environment where our team can feel free to be innovative and empowered to deliver services to our customers. He develops strategic partnerships and leads our technical capability development.

Trained by the Army for 18 years to be a leader, Dwight took his leadership skills to a company called Pactiv as a Sales Manager. After years with Pactiv, he embraced his desire to become a new face in the Real Estate Industry. In 2012, he became a licensed real estate professional with Keller Williams Realty.

After some time in the Real Estate Industry, he embraced his natural desire to train, teach, and coach some of the newer agents coming into Real Estate.  Thereafter, he became the Productivity Coach/Trainer for the KW Market Center.

After amazing training, support, and guidance from the multitude of leaders within the Keller Williams organization, he decided to launch his own Real Estate Brokerage. The firm would primarily focus on military personnel to include our Veterans, surviving spouses, and the military and government personnel. He wanted to “serve those who have served us.”

Thus, the Still Serving America Real Estate Group Brokerage was established and began doing business with the government as SSA UNITED Management Group.

Message from Dwight R. Thomas, CEO

Heart-felt customer service is a rare commodity to which many companies can truly deliver. SSA UNITED Management Group was founded on the concept of heart-felt customer service, the central element of both our name and our way of doing business. In fact, the motto is “Serving those who have served us”, which certainly is an easy task.

To commit to a long-term business relationship calls for critical elements that are in short supply, but which form the internal business climate at SSA UNITED: loyalty, duty, respect, service, honor, integrity, and professionalism. It also includes being instantly responsive when you need us, providing cost-effective, value-added services, and focusing on making you successful.

There are promises between SSA UNITED and you, our client, that are inherent within a long-term relationship: the promise that we will look after your best interests and help you meet your organization’s mission; the promise that we will use the best and brightest of our highly-skilled workforce to support you – over the long term; and the promise that, years from now, you will still be supported by SSA UNITED because you like doing business with an honest, high-value firm.

There are many examples of how we have positively assisted our customers, not because it was spelled out in a legal requirement, but because it has always been the right thing to do.

Our commitment to our employees mirrors our commitment to our clients. SSA UNITED’s ability to fulfill our promise to our clients starts with our ability to fulfill our promise to our employees. We provide our employees competitive salaries and appropriately reward their successes. We retain our employees for the long term through fair and equitable treatment, advancement opportunities, and through our culture of service.

I welcome you to our web site, which has been created to provide you information on our corporate offerings, to let you know how we do business, and to bring SSA UNITED onto your list of highly-preferred, long-term providers of performance enhancement technologies and services.

Whether you are an existing, or potential customer, employee, or partner, SSA UNITED is committed to you. We look for employees who possess the experience, necessary skills, and drive to go the extra mile to provide exceptional performance for our customers.

Sincerely,

Dwight R. Thomas

Community Involvement

SSA UNITED Management Group believes in the power of connection. Because when passionate people are paired with purposes they care about most, positive change happens. Mr. Dwight Thomas and the SSA UNITED Management Group family are advocates and supporters for our great state of Georgia.

Feeding the Homeless Veterans

When our military personnel return from their service, many of them would fall on hard times and become neglected by the system. Worse, these selfless veterans are left destitute and hungry, living unnoticed in shelters and on our streets. This is where SSA United Management Group comes in.

We are committed to helping our homeless veterans, and one of the major issues we see is hunger. To address this, we partner with charitable groups that host community food pantries and offer door-to-door delivery to provide our deserving veterans with easy access to food.

200 Female Veteran Symposiums

SSA United Management Group is business-friendly and very proactive in our community. We participated in an event created to honor and celebrate women veterans. We promoted women empowerment through education, fellowship, and fun.

VA Hospital with the Veterans

SSA United Management Group is committed to actively engaging in community-based efforts that maximize the collective impact of local services and federal/state/municipal agencies working collectively to improve veteran outcomes where they live, work, and raise their families to get the best healthcare possible.

With two of our team members being former VA Hospital employees, we have learned how to access some of the key elements of this organization.
